She earned a BS in Human Nutrition from Colorado State University (1988), followed by a BS in Physical Therapy from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center (1990), and a Master of Health Science in Orthopedic Physical Therapy from the University of Indianapolis.
\nBoard-certified as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) since 1997, Pam has taught professional continuing education courses nationwide and presented twice for the Colorado Foot and Ankle Society. Her lectures highlighted her holistic approach to care, looking beyond the site of pain to address how the entire body contributes to movement and recovery.
\nPam integrates her deep understanding of the foot and ankle into every treatment, helping patients find the right footwear and build a strong foundation for lasting improvement. She uses a variety of advanced manual therapy techniques and is highly trained in trigger point dry needling, which she has used successfully with both Orthopedic patients and Neurological patients including Bell\u2019s Palsy.
\nAs a Colorado native, she is an avid Broncos and Nuggets fan. In her free time, she enjoys water and snow skiing, hiking, gardening, and spending quality time with her family and friends.\n\t\t\t\t\"Kortny\n

She earned her Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Integrative Physiology at the University of Colorado at Boulder. Then ventured off to Flagstaff, AZ to complete her Doctorate of Physical Therapy Degree at Northern Arizona University, where she was honored with the Clinical Scholar Award in 2012.
\nShe is a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist as well as certified in Dry Needling – Level II, Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) – Level II, and as a Pilates Instructor through Body Arts & Sciences International.
\nIn addition to her skills in orthopedics, she also holds a certification in LSVT Big Therapy for Parkinson\u2019s Disease, has experience working with patients who have neurologic conditions like strokes and brain injuries, and has extensive training and experience in vestibular rehabilitation.
\nKortny loves treating patients of all ages and strives to incorporate the latest evidence-based practices to guide her decision-making. She aims to take the time to listen to each patient\u2019s concerns and goals, so that they receive individualized and optimal care.

She earned both her Bachelor\u2019s in Biology and Doctorate of Physical Therapy (2018) from Regis University. With over six years of experience specializing in orthopedic conditions\u2014particularly those affecting the foot and ankle\u2014Kathleen employs a diverse range of treatment techniques to address the unique needs of her patients.
\nA passionate advocate for individuals of all ages, Kathleen draws from her background as a former dance teacher, which has provided her with deep insight into conditions commonly seen in children, adolescents, and individuals with hypermobility. She is especially committed to helping these populations build strong, healthy foundations for lasting, fulfilling lives.
\nKathleen has extensive experience working with complex conditions, including chronic pain. She has advanced training in Pain Neuroscience Education, which she frequently integrates with a variety of approaches such as manual therapy, myofascial cupping, tailored exercise progressions, and Dry Needling (Level II certification). By focusing on each patient\u2019s unique experiences and goals, Kathleen designs individualized treatment plans that are both effective and appropriate.

Since obtaining his degree, he has specialized in outpatient orthopedics. He is trained in Level 2 dry needling and Mulligan mobilization with movement, which he uses to enhance joint and soft tissue mobility in treating musculoskeletal impairments. While Austin is passionate about orthopedic rehabilitation and post-operative care, he is also well-versed in vestibular rehabilitation, having undergone extensive training and mentoring in this area. His expertise extends to treating balance and vestibular disorders.
\nOriginally from Wisconsin, Austin attended the University of Kentucky before relocating to Colorado, where he has embraced the state\u2019s active lifestyle, enjoying skiing, mountain biking, and hiking. Keith was born and raised in New Jersey and has lived in several different states up and down the eastern border. Keith moved to Denver in 2022 and graduated from Regis University in 2025 with a strong passion for helping others regain and maintain functional movement. He enjoys working across a variety of orthopedic conditions, with a particular focus on the spine and a growing specialization in pediatric care.<\/p>\n

Keith takes an education-first approach to physical therapy, believing that the more patients understand their bodies and environments, the more empowered they are in their recovery journey. He strives to create a supportive and motivating atmosphere, helping patients build both confidence and capability through tailored care and clear communication.<\/p>\n

Whether it\u2019s a child recovering from an injury or an adult navigating chronic spinal pain, Keith is committed to restoring movement and quality of life through compassionate, evidence-based practice.<\/p>\n

Blake VanderPloeg PT, DPT, is a Colorado native with her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Colorado, Anschutz. She is looking forward to working with people across the lifespan, but particularly children and teens, as well as performing artists. Megan graduated from Colorado State University with her degree in Occupational Therapy. She has devoted her career to treating upper extremity injuries and conditions and has 15 years of experience. She is proficient in custom splinting as well as Delta Casting. She has had several continuing education courses in Myofascial Release techniques and utilizes these inpatient treatment plans. In addition, Megan has also had special training in Lymphedema Management. She completed the lymphedema program for the LeDuc treatment method which includes manual lymph drainage and multi-layered bandaging. She has also taken a special interest in yoga and completed her Yoga Teaching Certification in 2013. She is a member of ASHT (American Society of Hand Therapists) and serves on the board of the local Hand Special Interest Group. She is very active in the community and is well respected by her peers. Becki graduated from Creighton University with a degree in Occupational Therapy. She is passionate about treating individuals with upper extremity injuries and conditions and is committed to helping her patients regain function and confidence through individualized, evidence-based care. She is skilled in fabricating custom orthoses and employs a variety of manual techniques to optimize recovery. She believes in a collaborative approach to therapy to help her patients return to the activities that bring them joy and independence. Originally from Texas, Becki traded heat and humidity for Colorado\u2019s active, outdoor lifestyle\u2014and hasn\u2019t looked back (except maybe in February). Shannon is an Occupational Therapist and Certified Hand Therapist with a passion for working with individuals with a variety of hand and upper extremity conditions. Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, Shannon found a love for the outdoors at a young age which eventually led her to Colorado where she now resides among family and friends. While her undergraduate studies in Neuroscience originally led her to the field of Occupational Therapy, Shannon has since dedicated her academic efforts towards becoming a specialist in Orthopedic injuries and conditions. Her favorite part of her job is working closely with an active community and getting people back to the things they love to do the most. Outside of work she enjoys trail running with her dog, mountain biking, backpacking, yoga and Pilates. She recently completed her second triathlon and aspires to become an XTERRA racer! Sheila graduated from Creighton University in Omaha, NE. She has been an Occupational Therapist for over 20 years and a Certified Hand Therapist for 15 years. She has extensive experience treating upper extremity conditions. She takes a comprehensive approach to treatment, using a variety of techniques to maximize patients’ success. Sheila utilizes Active Release Technique (ART) with certain diagnoses, which can be very beneficial for many myofascial conditions. Delta and progressive casting are other techniques that are utilized in order to maximize recovery. She also performs ergonomic evaluations for individuals and corporations. She is a member of ASHT and the local Hand Special Interest Group, and she attends meeting for the Rocky Mountain Hand Surgery Society. She is currently pursuing her certification in Pilates to add another dynamic aspect to her treatment.
