A 12 week course focusing on various aspects of running with education and exercises promoting healthy, performance-enhancing strategies for both new and experienced runners. The intro rate of $60 total includes a personalized 1 on 1 Zoom or in-person session, followed by a more group-based course for the following 11 weeks.
